PACKAGE COST ON THIS WEBPAGE EXCLUDES:-

Additional sight seeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary.

Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot).
Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation & land arrangements, which may come into effect prior to departure.

Gangtok local 7 points sight seeing: by Maruti Omni (04 pax are allowed including Child)
Tsomgo Lake & Babamandir tour: by Maruti Omni & Tata Sumo / Mahindra Max / Hard top Jeep (These are the vehicles which is allowed in the hill.)

North Sikkim package: only Tata Sumo / Mahindra Max are allowed.
Pelling sight seeing: only Tata Sumo / Mahindra Max are allowed.

CANCELLATION RULE FOR SIKKIM / DARJEELING TOURS:-

- Minimum Cancellation is Rs. 500/-per Head.
- 25% Between 15-10 Days Before Tour Departure
- 50% Between 10-05 Days Before Tour Departure 
- 75% Between 05-01 Days Before Tour Departure
- 100% on the Same Day & No show.
- Cancellation charges as % of Total Tour Cost.

ABOUT VEHICLE
We provide exclusive vehicles in our packages

- Non a/c Maruti van for 1-3 Pax.
- Non a/c sumo /Hard top Jeeps for 4-8 pax.
- Extra Vehicle cost will be applicable for more than 08 pax including child.
- Gangtok city tour is done only by Maruti van (4 people in a car)
- In Darjeeling / Kalimpong / Siliguri we can provide Innova / Qualis / Tavera for High End Guest - Supplement Cost (mentioned below each programs). 

DARJEELING SIGHTSEEING:
03 points: Tiger Hill, Ghoom Monastery, Batasia Loop (3 hrs trip start at 04.00 a.m. to 7.00a.m)
07 points: Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, PNZ Zoological Park, Tenzing Rock, Tibetan Refuge Centre, Tea Estate (outer view), Ava art Gallery and Japanese temple (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs or 14.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs )
Mirik Lake Excursion (full day trip 6-7 hrs)

Most of the 7 point sight seeing are closed on Thursday.
Joy ride in toy train cost Rs 300 per ticket & Rs 600 for vehicle (hotel –station –Hotel transfer)
Timings – 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 hrs.

Rock Garden & Ganga Maya Lake (04 hrs approx) (4 hrs from 9.00 to 13.00 hrs or 14.00 hrs to 18.00 hrs)

IMPORTANT:

If the Guests are coming by train At NJP Rly Station, please inform them that our office executive will be waiting for them at old exit gate near enquiry counter.
The tourism infrastructure in Sikkim & Darjeeling is not very advanced & one should not expect & matched with the plains & other developed destinations.
In north Sikkim & Doors hotels available with very basic amenities.

GANGTOK SIGHTSEEING

A) Nathulla operation is subject to road condition and availability of permits as only limited permits are issued 48 hour prior to the schedule tour. Nathulla Day Wednesday Thursday , Saturday & Sunday Only .
B) Supplement for Nathulla Pass Will Be Rs. 3500/- by Tata sumo / Max . For Nathulla only 08 Pax are allowed per vehicle
C) Since Nathulla is a restrict area any time army can seal for security reasons. In such case tour will only be till Tshangu Lake and no refund will be allowed for unutilized services.
D) Kindly forward the following for Tshangu Lake / Baba Mandir / Nathulla, Permit 10 - 15 days prior to the Journey

YUKSOM EXCURSIONS

(half day tour 5 hrs approx) within yuksam all tours are walking tour.
Half day tour: Rangit Dam (boating cost extra), Legship Shiv Temple, Tashi-Ding Monastery, Hot water spring (6 hrs).                      
In Pelling one has to go by walk for Rabdantse & Sangacholing monastery.
If Guest would like to stay for 03 nights at Pelling in such case we adjust additional sight seeing & complete all points in 02 full day tour.

KALIMPONG SIGHTSEEING

10 points tour: Mangal Dham, Hanuman Top, Deolo, Pine View Nursery, Dr. Grahams Home, Nature interpretation center, Golf course, Buddhist monastery, Rishi Bankim Park and Zelepla View point. 
Lava & Lolegaon (7 hrs approx, start from 8.00 hrs to 1600 hrs). Not included in any of itinerary.

DOOARS EXCURSIONS

Gorumara National Park visit, Chapramari Wildlife Sanctuary visit.
Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary For jungle visit only local vehicles are allowed to go inside. For which the extra vehicle payment will be settled by the guest directly at the spot.

LACHUNG EXCURSIONS

A) Lachung operates on package only. All the Tours starts from Gangtok and ends at Gangtok and is on Full Board (Includes all Meals).
B) In case one uses Single Room Supplementary charges it will not be applicable on Lachung.
C) Please note that this areas are cold through out the year, kindly advice your client to be equipped with proper woolen / warm clothes.
D) Please note that North Sikkim is blessed with Natural Beauty. The accommodation provided at Lachung will be at Sonam Palgey / Lecoxey, Modern Residency & Snow Lion Resort , which is best in the area but has very basis facilities like:

I.   The Bathrooms are not having any showers & Geysers, so warm water will be provided in buckets, by the Hotelier.
II.  The food prepared will be fresh, by the local trained Sherpas’s & not by Hotel chef.
III. There are no telephone lines & please advice the guest that many of times there is a problem of power failure.
IV. The rooms are not having any Heaters due to electricity problem, so the hotelier provide Hot water pad in the bed.
 

OPTIONAL RIVER RAFTING:-

Can be arranged while traveling from Darjeeling to Kalimpong/Gangtok or the other way round.
Cost: Rs.500 + vehicle detention charge of Rs.700 for a minimum of 5 paying pax. (Nett & non-commissionable)
Cost: With beach lunch Rs.650 + vehicle detention charge of Rs.700 for a minimum of 8 paying pax. (Net & non-commissionable)
The put-in point for rafting on river Teesta starts from Melli and ends at 29^th mile approx 10 kms.
The entire activity takes around 3 hours. We provide:
Head gears, paddles, life jacket, professional rafting guide, proper bathroom with towels for shower. 

For Booking any of the above packages please follow below steps:
 
Step 1: For booking any of the above packages, please send us passengers full names, postal address, date of birth (in dd/mm/yyyy format), cell #, mention category of room and please deposit 25% as an on account tour package availability advance payment into following bank account under information to us. In case on your provided dates the accommodation is not available then you have option to change dates and ask us to check availability again. In case accommodation are not available and you wish to cancel availability check after meeting 25% on account payment then we will refund the advance amount minus deducting Rs. 200/- towards file charges into your provided bank account details. Once the available package is confirmed after availability check then balance payment of 75% is made to the same bank account to issue Confirm Hotel and transport vouchers.

Step 2: Once balance payment are met the package is confirmed and you need to send us Travel details (air OR train travel) to us and then we will send confirmation vouchers of confirmed services to you by Email in Adobe PDF File Format which you need to carry with you during the tour and present to Hotels. Two days before departure we will email OR SMS Driver's and Vehicle's contact details.
